For first-time clients, we recommend our upgraded proposal, which includes a PDF mockup of the database design—complete with colors, layout, and defined functionality—so you can visualize exactly how your system will look and operate.
 

Our development rate is $150 per hour, with most initial projects starting at $5,000. This base package typically includes analyzing your Excel spreadsheet and business processes, cleaning and formatting your existing data for a database upload (ETL), developing your custom Microsoft Access database, and thorough testing.

 

For more advanced features—such as multi-user functionality, KPI reporting, user logins, or integrations with SQL and Salesforce—costs may increase accordingly. Conversely, if your needs are simpler, pricing may be lower.
